Veere Di Wedding

When sponsoring products take all limelight in the film is called Veere Di Wedding…
The most successful of all the lot is Bikaji… At any scene happy or sad Bikaji is the brand…

I wanted to see stories of 4 Veeres who are mad, lost, confused, had dirty secrets,f**ked up present, society issues to live up and full of awesomeness yet coming out empowered & stealing the show…

And what I get to see beautiful sets, classy makeup, designer clothes and product placements… Every scene had one product to sell… But no storytelling…

Deliberately inserted scenes for charumsukh, bhe***, apna haath **** to make it look cool and sassy…

Smoking, drinking, one night stand is so common nowadays that one hardly feels it cool on screen…

The bond of Veeres on which the film is based also looks fake… even going to Thailand don’t bring that charisma…

Veere Di Wedding has all the showSha but no soul at all… Making it the perfect example, money and deep cleavages cannot be the recipe for a good feminist film…

If you don’t believe, go and watch it yourself…
The film has already made profits thru branding and it will make more during weekend till the right words spread across…

Thrumyeyes…
