A good or bad film is not the debate. When a film like PK is made along with its entertainment value the content has a strong message. Not everyone is in the capacity to understand & appreciate the flaws & mockery of one’s religion or perhaps to laugh on our own self.
The best thing I liked about PK is the makers have accepted the reality of faith & belief acceptance of almighty and the superior power. To experience the power of the creator one does not need agents in form of Gurus, Sadhus, and Saints to communicate our needs. Also no human has the power to protect the Creator. A sincere silent prayer from the heart & soul is always heard rather than doing the unnecessary drama, bribes, tortures and rituals to make our prayers heard…
Before being a Hindu by religion… I’m a Human by birth, I have joined hands in front of Baapa, I have bowed my head in Darga, I was on my knees in front of Cross. I have bowed down in Gurudwara, I said a silent prayer in Deraser and chanted in Buddhists monasteries.
The reason was simple, every place is full of positive energies, peaceful & blessed, and this helps me to calm down to think about my situation & steps to be taken to move ahead. In a way my prayers are answered.
The people or the souls who are looked down by the society are always one to help first… Everyone would not have realised but it was a sex worker that helped PK to get his words… probably it was just A scene but deep meaning was hidden in it this is the today’s reality of our narrow minded society.
Our fears become our self-defence and if rightly used, it will stop us from being hit. It is an irony that majority of the population fears from its Creator in fact why not love him. I’m in love with my Bappa hence I don’t fear him but sometimes it’s my guilt that does not allow me to look into his eyes.
When we are humans, emotions can’t be left behind the soul who are deprived of love are the most genuine & pure humans. No matter which planet, border, caste, religion, age and relationship you are. It is love that binds all of us. Those who are in real love will always set you free…
